Food writer Emiko Davies is visiting Australia from her home in Tuscany to launch her beautiful new book Gohan - Everyday Japanese Cooking and we are so excited to host her here at The Farm Kitchen for a relaxed afternoon/evening of cooking, chatting and sampling a few dishes from the new book.
WHEN - Friday, December 15, 4-7pm
WHERE - Our Farm Kitchen, 25 minutes from Orange (west, on the Cargo Rd). Directions will be sent on booking.
COST - $140/pp price includes a glass of bubbles on arrival, a cooking demonstration by author Emiko Davies and her mother Sumie. A conversation with the author. A copy of Gohan (rrp $49.95) and a light (stand-up) dinner inspired by the book.
There will be the option to purchase further wine (by the glass) from our friends at Printhie Wines. This will be a small group with a maximum of 20.

By registering and paying, you agree to the below conditions:
* Classes are non-refundable. 14 days' notice is required if you wish to transfer to another class or to keep your funds in credit for another time.
* Cancellations made within 14 days or less of the class date are unable to be transferred or credited. You are welcome to send someone in your place, otherwise, your spot will be forfeited.
* In case of host sickness or emergency, we reserve the right to change the date of this class and will offer a full refund if you are unable to make that date.
* There is a minimum of 6 participants for this class. We reserve the right to cancel a class up to 3 days prior to its date if we do not have enough bookings. In which case your money will be refunded or transferred to another date (your choice).
