Let’s get a jump on summer and the festive season with this cooking demo all for the love of easy, delicious, bright food to share.

Camilla Thompson of Good Plate Nutrition and Sophie Hansen of Local is Lovely will demonstrate four ‘back pocket' recipes and show you how to spin them to feed crowds and adapt to seasonal ingredients and preferences.

Price includes the cooking demonstration and a light supper afterwards.

Thursday, November 21, 6-8pm, The Farm Kitchen (on Sophie’s property, about 25 minutes out of town on the Cargo Road. Directions will be sent on booking).

* Classes are non-refundable. 21 days notice is required if you wish to transfer to another class or to keep your funds in credit for another time.

* Cancellations made within 21 days or less of the class date cannot be transferred or credited. You are welcome to send someone in your place, otherwise, your spot will be forfeited.

* In case of host sickness or emergency, we reserve the right to change the date of this class and will offer a full refund if you are unable to make that date.

* We reserve the right to cancel a class up to 4 days before its date if we do not have enough bookings. In that case, your money will be refunded or transferred to another date (your choice).
