Cooking Class and Lunch at the Farm Kitchen, November 9

Join us for a day of cooking and eating together at the Farm Kitchen 25 minutes west of Orange.

Classes include a hands-on cooking demonstration, a maximum of 8 people, then a sit-down 3-course lunch matched with local wines. They run from 10 am to around 2.30/3 pm, cost is $165/pp.

Our menu will showcase seasonal produce. Together, we will cook a starter, main, and dessert, then sit down to share this deliciousness (with local wines). Along the way, I will share lots of tips for variations, a few extra sauces, dressings, and 'flavour bombs'.

These classes are hands-on (if you want - you can also just hang out and watch!), very relaxed and easy and I hope, a lovely chance to spend the day cooking, chatting and sharing good food with new friends. I love hosting them and look forward to cooking with you!

The menu will be sent with directions a couple of weeks before the class.

By registering and paying, you agree to the below conditions:

* Classes are non-refundable. 21 days notice is required if you wish to transfer to another class or to keep your funds in credit for another time.

* Cancellations made within 21 days or less of the class date cannot be transferred or credited. You are welcome to send someone in your place, otherwise, your spot will be forfeited.

* In case of host sickness or emergency, we reserve the right to change the date of this class and will offer a full refund if you are unable to make that date.

* This class requires a minimum of 6 participants. We reserve the right to cancel a class up to 4 days before its date if we do not have enough bookings. In that case, your money will be refunded or transferred to another date (your choice).
